January Favorites

First off, wow, I haven’t posted since August. SO much has been going on, and I have been so busy. I miss writing and need to start being more consistent here and in other areas of life (story of my life). I thought it would be fun to start doing a series of posts at the end of each month highlighting all of my favorite things I used during that month.

I am not going to limit myself here! I want to include anything related to fashion, beauty products, skincare, self care products, tv shows, movies, podcasts, or food. I have been compiling a list since the middle of January and really tried to think about what I have truly loved and used more than anything else. I own everything mentioned below and use them on the daily/weekly. Everything is linked here on my blog and on my LIKEtoKnow.it page! Here is the link to that. https://liketoknow.it/natalieaparsley. This post does contain affiliate links! When you purchase a product through my links, I do make a small commission from that purchase.

My Favs

  1. Dr. Teals Foaming Bath in Eucalyptus Spearmint // This is my absolute favorite bubble bath! It smells so good. I truly think it helps relax you and soothe any sore muscles or aches and pains you may have.

2. Herbivore Coconut Milk Bath Soak // I put this on my Christmas list because I’d seen tons of people talk about how much they loved it. Well, I can see why it is highly talked about! It smells like you’re on a tropical beach for one, and two, it makes your skin SO SOFT. Like unbelievably soft. I just dumped a little bit in the bath water before I got in and let it dissolve. I will never not have this on hand.

3. BP. Comfy Top // I own this top in two colors and two sizes. They’re so soft and buttery. I love to throw them on when I get home from work with a pair of leggings. I live in them when I am home. They can also be worn with jeans for a more casual look too!

4. Amazon leggings // These leggings come in a ton of colors, but I only own black. They’re soooo soft! One thing I love about these leggings is that lint or fuzz doesn’t stick to them at all. I have 5 pairs of these because I wear them so much! Plus, they’re only $14.

5. Colourpop Stone Cold Fox Palette // I got this for Christmas and I’ve been using it everyday. I love more cool toned brown shades on myself and this one is perfect. It is on sale right now too!

6. First Aid Beauty Radiance Pads // I also received these for Christmas and they seriously brighten my face and complexion. I think they are gentle enough to use every night if you wanted to and help gently exfoliate any dry spots you have.

7. Ear Huggies // These little dainty earrings are such good quality. I have worn them almost every day since I got them. They’re so cute! I forget I have them on and sleep in them. They’re so comfortable and such a good price.

8. Gold Cross Pendant // Another piece of dainty jewelry. This brand from Amazon is just so good! I bought it to wear all the time, and so far it’s held up really well and looks good with everything.

10. Twistable Colored Pencils // If you know me at all, you know I am obsessed with coloring. It’s one way I love to unwind and relax. I love these twistable colored pencils. I love that you don’t have to worry about sharpening them! I have the pack of 50 and they’re great.

11. Mystery Colors Color by Number // I can’t talk about colored pencils and not talk about a coloring book! I found this color by number on Amazon and ordered it. It’s all different animals and it tells you what colors to use or you can use a color in the same color family. You don’t really know what animal you are coloring because you can’t tell. I think that is really fun.

As for tv shows I’m loving, Seth and I watched The Flight Attendant on HBO and loved it! I could hardly watch at the beginning because I was so nervous, but it got better! lol! I have also been super into Deadly Cults on Hulu. My favorite podcast at the moment is Morbid. I love the two girls that host it! They’re so funny, but also super knowledgeable about the cases they cover and they put in a lot of work to find all the information!

I hope y’all found this helpful! I really enjoyed reflecting on what products and items I was using more than others. Hopefully this will help my buying and spending in the future!
