Hey friends! So today’s post is a little bit different, but I am so so excited to share it with you. Unbeknownst to most of you, I can be very self conscious about my smile and my teeth. It is usually what people notice about you first, so you want to be confident and proud of it!
I’ve never used a legit at home whitening kit before because they are usually so expensive and because I have highly sensitive teeth. I have used whitening strips before, but I could hardly stand to use them because I would wake up and my teeth would be hurting soo bad. Like couldn’t eat or drink anything because it was so painful! Thankfully, I have found a solution to my teeth whitening needs through Smile Brilliant! They reached out to me and wanted to know if I’d be willing to use their kit to whiten my teeth. I was in! I have been using this at home whitening kit for a few months and y’all. My results are awesome! They have you answer a few questions, send you the impressions kit to make your own personal teeth molds, you send them back to them, and they send you the molds back! I know it sounds like a lot of back and forth, but it seriously didn’t take long at all to get the molds back and begin the whitening process. If you’re nervous about making your own impressions, don’t be! They give you step-by-step instructions, so if I can do it, you can too! One thing I love about their whitening kits, is that if you express to them that you have sensitive teeth, they will send you desensitizing gel that you can use throughout your teeth whitening process to help with severe sensitivity! It’s helps so much.

I always whitened mine at night while Seth and I were catching up on our favorite tv show or while I was reading a book. I whitened my teeth every other night for 45 minutes and used the desensitizing gel afterwards for 15-20 minutes. If I felt like my teeth were hurting, I would cut down the whitening time the next day. It’s super easy to travel with and fits into everyone’s everyday life! I am super happy with my results and it’s kinda of amazing to see the before and afters! I didn’t realize how much I needed to be working on my smile!
