MY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

This green smoothie has been my go-to for breakfast and, honestly, just whenever I’m feeling it! You can drink it anytime! The good thing about this smoothie is it tastes GOOD. I know it has spinach in it, but you can’t taste it at all! With all the fruit and peanut butter, it’s surprisingly sweet enough. I originally saw one of my favorite bloggers, Rachel Parcell, talk about it on her instagram stories, and I tweaked it for my liking just a little. You can add to or take away anything you want, but I highly recommend keeping the spinach in it for all the nutrients! I use my Ninja to blend it all together. I normally just throw everything in without measuring, but I estimated the ingredients and listed everything below.

Recipe

1/4 C water

1/4 C orange juice (or juice of your liking)

big handful of spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter

1/2 C frozen fruit (any kind!)

*This would be a perfect recipe to throw a protein powder into!

Throw all the ingredients in your blender, blend it up, & enjoy!
